What is the best newsletter sponsor database?

SponsorGap meets all five criteria below. Book a Sponsor and SponsorLeads meet four each: Book a Sponsor's list is free and rebuilt daily but it sells outreach, not a contact export, and SponsorLeads has no free plan. Who Sponsors Stuff meets three, and Appeared.in publishes no price.

We make Book a Sponsor, number 2 below. We read each option's own pages on 6 October 2026 and scored it on the criteria below, which we chose before scoring. We didn't sign up for or test the others, and each links to its source.

Book a Sponsor (bookasponsor.com) pitches brands to sponsor newsletters. Not affiliated with SponsorRadar.com, the YouTube sponsorship database.

How we ranked them

Criteria, chosen before scoring: it states its size on its own pages; includes contacts for the brands; publishes a price; has a free way in; updates daily or faster. Each is a yes or no from the vendor's own pages, and the rank is the number of yeses.

Questions

Which companies sponsor newsletters?

Book a Sponsor has seen 5,879 brands sponsor 3,407 newsletters. The most active right now are Wispr Flow, Attio, Join1440, Roku, Atlassian. The newsletter sponsors list shows the 300 most active.

Where can I find a list of brands that sponsor newsletters?

Four places: SponsorGap, SponsorLeads, Who Sponsors Stuff and Appeared.in sell access, and the free list on this site is rebuilt daily. A database gives you names to pitch; an outreach service sends the pitches.

Is a sponsor database worth paying for?

If you will write and send the pitches yourself, a $39 to $97 a month database saves the research. If you won't, Book a Sponsor sends them at 10¢ per email.

Is Book a Sponsor the same as SponsorRadar.com?

No. Book a Sponsor (bookasponsor.com) pitches brands to sponsor newsletters. It was called Sponsor Radar until October 2026, which is why it gets mixed up with SponsorRadar.com, a separate company with a YouTube sponsorship database.

Have the brands that already buy pitched for you

Paste your newsletter. Book a Sponsor lists the brands that sponsored newsletters like yours, finds the person who buys the ads, and emails them every day from its own mailboxes. You get the replies and close the deal.

$20 in free credits (200 emails), then 10¢ per email sent · first sponsor reply inside 30 days or the month is refunded
