Plans add a media kit and a booking page
A plan is a flat monthly price with emails included. Every plan starts with the same 200 free emails, and the first month starts when those are sent. Sending stops at the plan's allowance, so there is no overage, and if we can't fill a month the gap comes off your next invoice.
| Plan | Price | Emails a month | Newsletters | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kit | $49 a month | 500 | 1 | Your media kit, built from your issues. A booking page brands pick a date on. A price for every slot, from real rate cards |
| Growth | $149 a month | 1,500 | 1 | Everything in Kit. First pick of brands that bought an ad in your niche in the last 30 days. Past sponsors pitched again when they're due |
| Publisher | $399 a month | 5,000 | 5 | Everything in Growth. One pitch per brand for your whole network. A kit and booking page per newsletter |
Pay as you go sends the pitches only. A plan with a media kit and booking page lets a brand that says yes pick a date without a back and forth.
Questions
Is there a monthly fee?
No, not on pay as you go. You pay for the emails sent. The plans are a flat monthly price with emails included, if you would rather not count.
Can I see what I would get before I pay?
Yes. The run is free and needs no card: paste your newsletter and see the brands, the people who buy the ads and the drafted pitches. The card only comes in when you start the outreach, and it unlocks the 200 free emails.
Do the emails come from me?
No. We do the pitching. We have our own sending infrastructure and domains. We are not sending in your name, just contacting known sponsors about your specifics and introducing them when things look good.
What do you take?
$20 in free credits, then 10¢ per email sent (initial emails and follow-ups), invoiced daily for your first few days and weekly after that, never more than $50 at a time. 200 email sends free. No commission, no revenue share, no per-deal fee. Some marketplaces take a cut of every deal they bring you: 15% at Passionfroot, 10% at MediaPact. We do not.
How many sponsors will you pitch?
50 per day by default, weekends included, about 1,500 a month. You set the number on your dash, 25 to 100 a day, and pay 10¢ per email sent (initial emails and follow-ups). A niche has 300 to 1,500 brands buying newsletter ads, so a high number burns through it faster.
Where does the sponsor list come from?
We read the issues of newsletters in your niche and record every "brought to you by" and "sponsored by" block, with the issue URL and date. Your list shows which newsletters each brand sponsored and when.
Who at the brand gets the pitch?
The person who signs off on sponsorship spend: founder or CEO first, then head of growth, marketing, or partnerships. Each address is verified before it goes on your list. You see the masked address and the verification date.
Is this legal? What about CAN-SPAM and consent?
Every pitch is a business-to-business email to a brand that already buys newsletter ads. Each one carries our postal address and a working unsubscribe, and brands that opt out go on a global do-not-contact list across every client. You confirm at checkout that we may email brands on behalf of your newsletter.
Will the emails land in spam?
They go from warmed mailboxes on domains we already run outreach from, at 50 a day per client by default. Bounced or invalid addresses are dropped before sending. If a brand replies "not interested", nobody else on the platform pitches them for 21 days.
What if nobody replies?
If you do not get a single sponsor reply inside 30 days, the month is refunded. Cancel anytime from your dash. Nothing is charged until your $20 in free credits (200 email sends) is used up.
See who you would pitch before you pay
Paste your newsletter. Book a Sponsor lists the brands that sponsored newsletters like yours, finds the person who buys the ads, and emails them every day from its own mailboxes. You get the replies and close the deal.
