What are the best sponsorship platforms for a B2B newsletter?

Book a Sponsor and SponsorGap meet all five criteria below: both reach B2B buyers with no list-size minimum and no cut of your deals, and Book a Sponsor sends the pitches for you on a plan from $19 a month while SponsorGap's self-serve plans give you the list from $39 a month. Passionfroot, the network built around B2B brands, meets four: it takes 15% of the deals it brings.

We make Book a Sponsor, number 1 below. We read each option's own pages on 8 October 2026 and 20 October 2026 and scored it on the criteria below, which we chose before scoring. We didn't sign up for or test the others, and each links to its source.

Book a Sponsor (bookasponsor.com) pitches brands to sponsor newsletters.

How we ranked them

Criteria, chosen before scoring: its own pages name B2B brands, B2B audiences or B2B categories; no list-size minimum stated; takes no percentage of your deals; publishes a price; brings or pitches sponsors for you. Each is a yes or no from the vendor's own pages, and the rank is the number of yeses. We make Book a Sponsor and it meets all five.

B2B newsletters run sponsors 2.6 times as often

In Book a Sponsor's reading of 4,357 newsletters in eight niches (10 July 2026 to 8 October 2026), 27.1% of the 1,365 AI, developer, tech, marketing and business newsletters ran at least one paid sponsor ad, against 10.5% of the 2,992 health, food and culture newsletters. B2B brands already buy this inventory, so the question for a B2B newsletter is how to reach them, not whether they buy.

Newsletters with 5+ issues read in the 90 days to 8 October 2026 that print a list size; politics, foreign-language and adult newsletters out. An ad counts when it is printed in the public text of an issue, so every share is a floor.

Each option, in rank order

  1. Book a Sponsor

    Outreach service · our product

It emails the brands that sponsored newsletters like yours: 7,312 brands seen sponsoring 4,267 newsletters, rebuilt daily, 50 new brands a day by default. $19 to $99 a month on a plan.

    Where it falls short
The pitches are cold email, so most brands won't answer, and each reply still needs you to close the deal. Each plan includes a set number of emails a month (Starter $19 a month for up to 600 emails a month, Kit $49 a month for up to 1,500 emails a month, Growth $99 a month for up to 3,000 emails a month), and sending stops at the plan's emails. It takes no bookings or payments and works for newsletters only.

    Where it falls short
Every booking with a brand its network found costs 15%, and a new storefront waits for brands to find it.

The largest marketplace by its own description, free to join, with invoicing and payouts handled for you, but closed to newsletters under its size minimums.

  8. Wellput

    Managed pay-per-click network

A managed pay-per-click network for newsletters. Wellput sells the campaigns to brands and sets them up, and publishers pick the ones they want from a reservations portal, earning a cost per click that rises when their readers engage and convert.

Not on this list: the beehiiv and Kit ad networks only work for newsletters sent on those platforms (see getting sponsors on beehiiv), and SponsorCal and Sponsy run deals you already have. All of them are in the full platform comparison.

Questions

What is the best sponsorship platform for a B2B newsletter?

On these criteria Book a Sponsor and SponsorGap, tied at five of five, then Passionfroot at four. Book a Sponsor pitches brands for you on a plan from $19 a month; SponsorGap sells the brand list from $39 a month and pitches for you on its $999 managed plan; Passionfroot is free and built around B2B brands but takes 15% of the deals its network brings.

Do B2B brands sponsor newsletters?

Yes. In our reading of newsletters from 10 July 2026 to 8 October 2026, 27.1% of 1,365 AI, developer, tech, marketing and business newsletters ran at least one paid sponsor ad, against 10.5% of 2,992 health, food and culture newsletters.

Is Paved good for a B2B newsletter?

Only above its minimums: Paved's bookings need 50,000 subscribers and its pay-per-click network 1 million monthly impressions, and it publishes neither fee rate. Under that, a B2B newsletter has to pitch brands or use a marketplace with no minimum.

What do B2B newsletters charge for a sponsorship?

It depends on list size more than niche. See what newsletters charge by list size and the sponsorship calculator.
